Mr. Wong Cheuk Tim, Timothy, MH holds a Juris Doctor in Law from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from University of Bath, United Kingdom. Mr. Wong joined Kwoon Chung Bus Holdings Limited in 2014 and is currently holding the position of Chief Operating Officer of the Group. Mr. Wong was awarded the Medal of Honour (MH) by the HKSAR government in July 2019 for his contributions to charity and community service in Southern District, as well as his continued support to the promotion of recreational and sports activities.

In addition to his service in The Hong Kong Anti-Cancer Society, he also participates in the following community services:

• Vice Chairman, Southern District Road Safety Campaign Committee (2018 – present)
